Fábula de Paniza, Cariñena DOP - The hilly slopes around the village of Cariñena are the original homeland (and namesake) of this delightful grape which is perhaps better known by the name of Carignan. The Paniza vineyards, with their stony and slate soils, altitude more than 700 meters above sea level, and decades-old vines, create this wine's unique flavour profile. Expect wild strawberry, blackberry, spices, wild herbs and vanilla on the palette.

Biodiversity and sustainable farming is central to the production and this wine was produced with zero herbicides, pesticides or chemicals.
