I purchased several items online upon my return from my visit to Bath and London. After all, I couldn't carry it all in my carry-on luggage. I purchased the elephant, penguin, two ornaments and a tulip vase as gifts for family and friends. All items are so beautiful, I don't want to give any of them away. Second, the customer service is outstanding. The tulip-shaped vase arrived and the tip had broken. Bath Aqua Glass went out of their way to rectify and even made me a new one in my favorite color (there was only one color available online). Great store, great people, beautiful products.
